Safety standards & maintenance discipline
In heavy lifting and abnormal transport, safety is rooted in disciplined planning, certified rigging personnel, and weekly in-house workshop audits.
Weekly fleet inspection regimen
Every vehicle and crane is inspected in our Jebel Ali workshop prior to deployment on UAE highways and job sites.
Hydraulic outrigger cylinders, pressure seals and safety interlocks
Wire rope slings, shackles, and hook block integrity checks
Braking systems, steering linkage, and air-pressure lines
Tire wear, multi-axle load rating, and chassis structural welds
Onboard safety equipment: fire extinguishers, spill kits, and beacons
In-house workshop advantages
Unlike brokers who rely on outsourced third-party repair shops, Max Star operates our own full-service mechanical depot and trailer workshop in Jebel Ali. This guarantees proactive maintenance and immediate turnaround for all fleet operations.
Technical details, RAMS & statutory permits
Site-specific lift engineering plans, load center-of-gravity calculations, outrigger ground bearing pressures, and exclusion zone demarcations prepared for project safety approvals.
Coordination with RTA, Abu Dhabi ITC, Sharjah Roads & Transport, and UAE Ministry of Interior for oversize load movement NOCs, bridge clearance approvals, and police escort convoys.
Cranes and lifting tackle undergo periodic third-party examinations with test certificates compliant with UAE regulatory authorities and municipality standards.
